Do you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
No. I don’t accept credit cards for the simple fact that
I haven’t established a merchant account for the gotocancunpalace.com
website. If the site traffic increases on my site, I will think
about getting the merchant account to offer easy credit card payment
for clients. However, having a merchant account will add to expense
of the trip since it costs me money to maintain the account. As
it stands now, it is not cost effective for me.

Why is your pricing so much lower than other Palace Resorts sites?
Bottom line is that we don’t have many overheads & we
are Palace Premier members – I’ve created gotocancunpalace.com
site on my own time & have advertised it through using Yahoo
and Google search engines. I am running this side business from
home with my husband. As our Palace Premier guests, you can save
hundreds of dollars off from the retail price. And there are no
hidden and miscellaneous fees.

Do you have references?
Our most recent references are:

at Moon Palace from 10/19/03 through 10/26/03). Steve works for

Dave & Susan Dundee – also purchased 1 week stay at
Moon Palace 10/19/03 through 10/26/03). Dave & Sue are friends
of Steve & Mary.

Will the Palace Resorts confirm you're ability to book on their
behalf?
Yes, call Cancun Palace resorts at 1-800-635-1836 (Miami, Florida)
& select "reservations" option. Tell the Reservations
rep that you are calling to request Palace Premier member confirmations
for Jeanie Pak & Eric Yi and our ability to book the Cancun
Palace trip on your behalf. It is best to call early -- starting
around 8 AM Eastern time since Palace Resorts reservation office
is located in Miami, Florida.
Again, bottom line is that we want to gain your trust & business.

If I decide to make a reservation with you, what is the payment
process & how can I be sure I will get what I paid for?
I can make the reservations for the Palace of your choice for the
days you originally requested “without” requiring you
to first send in your 10% deposit. With other sites, prepayment
of 10% deppsit is required. However, if you reserve your Cancun
Palace vacation through me, you only have to pay me "after"
you confirm the reservation with Palace Resorts. If you can provide
your full name & name of your guest, I will call the Palace
Resorts & make the reservations on your behalf. Subsequently,
I will send you the reservation confirmation # ASAP through email
as well as through regular mail & and then you can call the
1-800-635-1836 and select “reservations” option &
talk to the Cancun Palace Resorts rep to confirm your reservation.
There is absolutely no monetary risk on your part.
Only thing that I request is that you send me the initial 10%
deposit within two weeks after I send you the Cancun Palace Reservation
#. The remainder of the fee will be due 90 days prior to your departure
time if you should decide to go with me. Also, I will offer you
"full refund" of your money as long as you notify me 2
weeks prior to your departure time. No questions asked! Your satisfaction
is my top priority since most of my sales have been through "word
